Regarding stress monitoring, we don't know yet how it is measured on the watch, so I won't talk about it anymore.
The Xtend watch checks the sleep monitoring we test, but the results were not good. It records sleep data even if you do not have a smart watch on your wrist. It has a dedicated health data and sports record which shows you your previous sports activities and other health data in the watch itself.
